Rental Agreement
By placing an order, the customer agrees to rent the dumpster under the terms specified at the time of booking. Rental terms include dumpster size, rental duration, pricing, and delivery location.
Rental periods typically range from 7 to 14 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. Extensions may be requested and are subject to availability and additional fees.
Delivery and Placement
The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and safe for dumpster placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by blocked access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate delivery information.
Dumpsters may be placed on driveways or private property with the customer’s permission. If placement is required on public streets or sidewalks, the customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits prior to delivery.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Ensure the dumpster is used only for approved materials
- Not overload the dumpster beyond the fill line
- Keep prohibited materials out of the dumpster
- Allow safe access for delivery and pickup
- Protect surrounding property from damage
The customer is responsible for any damage to the dumpster caused by misuse, overloading, or prohibited materials.
Prohibited Materials
The following materials are strictly prohibited and must not be placed in the dumpster:
- Hazardous waste
- Chemicals or liquids
- Paint, solvents, or oils
- Batteries and electronics
- Tires
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Asbestos-containing materials
Disposal of prohibited materials may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
Weight Limits and Overages
Each dumpster rental includes a specified weight limit. Exceeding the weight limit may result in additional charges based on overage fees determined by disposal facility rates.
Customers are responsible for understanding weight limitations before filling the dumpster.
Pricing and Payment
All pricing is provided upfront at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on location, dumpster size, rental duration, and debris type.
Payment is typically due before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional charges may apply for:

Pickup and Removal

Cancellations and Changes

Damage to Property
While we take care during delivery and pickup, Pacific Northwest Dumpster Rental is not responsible for damage to surfaces such as driveways, pavement, lawns, or landscaping due to the weight of the dumpster.
Customers assume responsibility for surface protection prior to delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Pacific Northwest Dumpster Rental shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental service.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Northwest Dumpster Rental from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the dumpster or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
